Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I agree that Madero did fulfill our complaint and we reached a resolution, although some facts are not accurate, but I do not want our name postedPlease take out any identifiable information from the post as that is clearly stated when writing responsesie: our name Regards, [redacted]

The [redacted] have been taken care ofWe informed them that since their attic access was so small, we would need to uninstall their stairsWe told them before hand that Madero's employees are not carpentersAs a company policy, if we must take down stairs, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to have them re-installedThe [redacted] agreed to thisWe have since out of a curtsey to them, paid for a new set of stairs, even though we have never done this beforeThey also have their rebate and their system is percent operational

We were not aware of the problemWe will go immediately and fix the issue

Madero fulfilled our end of the contract percentThe unit is working properly, and no issues have occurredWe do need to blow attic insulation as soon as the *** fix the "live wires" all over their atticTech's were shocked multiple times and created a hazard to our employeesCPS paper work

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response because: We were never told about any live wires to be fixed, We don't even know which wires need fixing, nothing was shown or given to us in writing about said wiring. [redacted] the coordinator told my husband [redacted] that he had "shocked" himself, but never said or gave us warning about bad wiring that needed fixing.  Also we brought to [redacted] the attention about the box connectors for water tight flex molding, CPS (City Public Service) indicated to us that all wiring that goes in to the Main Electrical Panel has to have those type of box connectors, and failed us on that. as well for not having a common wire in the thermostat connected. Please see the jpg titled "CPS ENERGY ENERGY SAVERS HOMEOWNERS PREQUAL SECTION” it shows that we had failed "HEATING/AIR CONDITION IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE HOME MANAGER SYSTEM.  The technician further states that issues related to  Air Condition are as follows. "Unable to access electrical panel on air handler to make sense of low voltage wiring and code violations at the breaker panel.  Last day that the Coordinator [redacted] was at our home he assured us that the living room vent facing the front door that was improperly installed by [redacted] hits the wall by television and the front door, it does not cool towards the area where fireplace sits he also said he was going to get parts and come back and replaced what [redacted] had "SCREWED UP" He stated that [redacted] had purchased the wrong vents and did not know why he put them that way.  ... Also please see photo to show that bedroom vent is not even an a/c vent and is placed wrong Please see corresponding pictures in jpg to show that we were told he would do one thing and they did something else. Also please see pdf about the failure of cps for home management.. I have contacted CPS about rebate and to this date 6/25/2015 they have had no paperwork submitted by Madero Air and Heating, and have given me paperwork to be filled out.  Regards, [redacted]
