Review: On September *, 2014 I ate at Madiba Restaurant with my family. My experience at the restaurant was less than pleasant. The waitress was slow, forgetful and was constantly scratching her arms and head. An order that was placed for a beverage has yet to be received. After I asked the bus boy for a take away container and place my food in it dust came tumbling down from the ceiling onto the container. When I spoke with the [redacted] in charge she brought us our bill. The total for the food portion was $ 174.20. Since my experience was horrible I debated whether or not to leave a tip and I decided in favor of adding a tip of $10.00 which made the total $ 184.20. When I received my credit card statement I was charged $ 208.20. Needless to say this made me irate. I have notified my credit card company of the fraudulent charge and I notified the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund in the amount of $ 24.00.
