Review: Madina's Auto Body and Sales, Inc towed my car on 1/29/15 for "T/P Snow removal" even though my daughter had shovel the snow off my car and around my car on 1/28/15 at 10am and again at 1pm. The super of my building said he witnessed her shovel the snow off and around the car. She babysits Monday thru Friday. So she always makes sure there's no snow around my car so we can take the little boy to the library to play. His carseat was in the car. Also I have problems with my foot, I see my foot doctor atleast once a week, I'm disabled, I have my handicap tag attached to the view mirror, along with my parking tag. They had no reason to had towed my car.Desired Settlement: I want the $173 dollars that I paid for the unlawfully towing of my car.
