Review: On May 27, 2015 I ordered on line a Floor Scuplture Stand priced at $199. The order number is shown as [redacted]. I received a confirmation indicating it is shipped but no tracking number has been received. The amount of $227.49 was debited from my account on 5/29.
Since June 4, 2015 I have phoned the contact number numerous times at all hours and left two messages. I also emailed requesting status of the order, again with no response. Today, June 8, I phoned both the 1-800 number and the regular non-toll free number. There is no longer a voice mail recording.
Please help with immedicate cancellation of this order and refund of full purchase price. I do not choose to continue to do business with this Madison Art.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of the order and full refund.
Review: I purchased a harp w/bench 10/16/15. When my product had not arrived by 11/10/15 I phoned the company and spoke to [redacted]. He told me the item had sold out and that it was on back order. No one had tried contacting me to inform me of this delay.
[redacted] replied to me 11/11/15 as follows:
"The back-order status has now been extended to 11/30/q5. This is the new eta of when we were told that our new shipment wil arrive."
I have since tried to contact the company via phonecall and email. I have left voice mail.
I need someone to give me answers! They charged my account $179.94 on 10/16/15 and still dont' have my product. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I want my product shipped to me express overnight at the companies expense and for them to reimburse me the shipping cost that they preciously charged me $39.95.
Review: I placed an order with Madison Art Shop on Sept. 18, 2014. I received a confirmation email on Sept. 19th confirming the order. This confirmation said shipped, but did not provide a tracking number. Two weeks later, I attempted to contact them through email inquiring about the order. I did not receive any response. I have left two phone messages and still no response. Please help. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Receive product by expedited shipping. The product was for a therapy room opening Monday, October 6, 2014
