The suredeposit that I signed was for a bond of 500 dollars that was meant to cover physical damage as well as any unpaid obligations.  I would like the apartments to use this to pay the money I owe.  I have attached the documents.

To Whom it may concern, font-family: arial, sans-serif;">    When customer moved in they signed a Sure Deposit Bond Form, that outlined it was non-refundable one time fee. The Sure Deposit is commonly used in Residential living.  SureDeposit is based on a simple concept: instead of requiring a full security deposit, residents are offered the option to pay a modest one-time non-refundable payment for enrollment in the surety bond program. If the resident does not meet their obligations, they are required to reimburse the Surety for the amount owed of their rental and financial obligations. The one-time payment covers residents for the life of their residency in the participating community, no matter how many years they reside in the apartment.    Express Cleaning covers basic cleaning of the apartment. This service does not cover removal of bulky items, nor the extensive stains through out the carpet. This was also outlined in the flyer that resident received:"The cost of this service is $175.  This price covers a complete cleaning service.  It does not cover damages and non-cleaning related charges."    At this time I am not able to remove the $339.16 off their account. The charges are accurate. If needed I can forward the photos all of the items that they were charged for.Thank you,

Review: during moveout we paid 175 for their express cleaning. Because of this, they did not do a pre moveout walkthrough stated in the paperwork when we broke our contract. because of this, they are charging us for them to move it out and now we have to take the charge because we cannot oafford to take leave. We also had a security deposit when we moved in that we are now being told that it is a sure deposit that is non refundable. I would like for their procedure to be checked and verified to make sure what they are doing is legal. Also they informed me not to have my wife call them ever because my wife was rude.Desired Settlement: none, make sure what they are doing is legal.
