After doing a search in the property email system it looks as if *** ** made an online/answering service request on 9-8-to be sent a copy of her rental file. I have no record of any request prior to that date. Ihat information was not forwarded to the appropriate people within
our office and was missed. We have no record of a phone call from *** ** attempting to reach someone in the office before or after that. *** ** sent an email on March 2nd stating that she moved out on February 28th and left keys, remote, passes etc in the apartment, at no time did she ever leave a forwarding address. Her final statement was sent to her last known address, which is the apartment she lived in here on 3-10-2015. After no response from *** ** the account was placed with collections on 4-16-in the amount of $for the remaining portion of her rent she was responsible for. Her lease went through March 22nd, 2015, so she is responsible for rent until that date.Since the account has been placed with *** *** *** she will need to contact them in order to request documentation about her rental file.
