mechanics in this industry, these mechanics did not have any conversations with Mr. [redacted] prior to the repairs and they were not able to physical inspect this vehicle. With a combined total of over 75 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, our 3 ASE Master Certified mechanics all disagree that this “should have shown up on the diagnosis”. Diagnostics is not a bumper to bumper check of a vehicle and there is no magic machine that foretells what could go wrong with the car in the future. While most times there are indicators of parts failing, i.e. symptoms or diagnostic trouble codes, there were no indicators of this particular issue. Cars sometimes simply work until something fails, and then they don’t. Again, I am truly sorry that you feel the way you do and that your car is need of more repairs, but we stand behind our diagnosis and repairs. The issue the vehicle came in for was repaired and those issues are now gone. Our offer still sands and always will.Respectfully,Sparks Car Care

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to 3 other mechanics whom stated “ everything should have been diagnosed upon the very first inspection /diagnoatic.
