I was a customer at the Shepard location off 130ave in Calgary and really enjoyed the beds thereI recently went in to get a base tan before going away for vacation which I always do and found that the location was no longer called tan FX and they had a banner over their sign Upon going into the salon the woman who spoke with me said she had no way of looking up my minutes as Tan FX had taken away her access to the files and that she was no longer a part of the franchise but that if I called head office in winnipeg they would have to give me that information and she would gladly offer me those minutes once I could prove to her I had them I called Winnipeg office three times leaving messages, before getting through to them today I spoke with Kelly who told me the owner of that location had walked away from the contract and owed them money and that she would not tell me how many minutes I had Kelly said that the owner should be allowing me to use the beds there if I had paid for a packageI told her that the owner was not able to look at my files to see how many minutes I had and Kelly told me that she was aware and they had cut off her access to these files and that they were owed money, so until they received that money they would not be giving out that information and thats all she would do for me It's pretty sad that a company who owns other locations wouldn't honour their customers packages at least at another location to keep my business Basically I am getting screwed because of a bad business deal and adults acting like children Totally unprofessional and disappointing I will surely never recommend either location to any of my girl friends in the future and will be sure to pass on my horrible customer service experience
