We picked this company as a referred business Lou had completed the repairs on our bathroom and also on the roof Of course with each of these jobs we had to ask him repeatedly to show up or find out when he would be finishing the jobs Our third big job for him was to complete the siding He insisted we pay up front, since we had used him before we stupidly trusted him We paid him in Jan/Feb with the promise to start right away In March he came to take down our aluminum (said he was going to cash it in) siding, he placed tyvek on the house and then he left it Finally in May we contacted a lawyer to request he complete the job He finally partially completed the job in June/July He put up the wrong size shutters and he put a hole by the outlet He stated he would be back to repair, it is now August and we have not seen from him All the while we are constantly texting (documenting) and calling him to ask him when he is going to complete the job He continually answers with an excuse and a day he is coming back, but he never shows When he does show he seems to do good work ( no complaints on his work as of yet) But you have to ask him repeatedly when he will show, he never shows up on time or comes at all We have contacted our lawyer again to find out about getting the rest of the job (shutters we don't have and the hole we have in our siding) completed Last text I received from him was he didn't care what we did I feel as if he stole from us We paid him a large amount, too much actually and had to beg him to complete the job, which months later is still not complete We were embarrassed by the condition of the house with just tyvek, we were asked by neighbors if we ran out of money and if we were getting it completed Worst part we had other jobs lined up for him and now we have to go on the contractor hunt again! I wouldn't trust this business, if you do use Lou, make sure you pay him as he goes, you request up front he completes the job when he says he will (he has excuses for everything), don't accept his excuses You pay for a job it should be completed when he says it will, you shouldn't have to beg them Our frustrations, our constant request for the job to be completed, his lies and responses, everything is documented

Review: Lou,Today is Friday October 17th and you or your men did not show up at our home as you specifically stated when I spoke with you on Tuesday October 14th at 6pm. You said to me on the phone that you will be here Friday (17) and through the weekend to work on our porch. We have called your cell phone three times today at 2PM. You do not answer and rarely do you call me back. I am not kept in communication with you. You have not been here to work at the house Oct 10, 11,12,13,14,15,16, and not today. This contract was signed in August 28, 2014 and the work is still not done on our house. On 10-14-14 at 7pm you stated to me that this meaning our home is not the only project you are working on. This has gone on way to long. We want our porch finished properly, daily communication by phone with you. `[redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like a finished, completed porch as per the contract agreed upon by both parties with a completion date confirmed.
