Review: On December 19th I contacted Madison Chiropractic asking to get in since my back was hurting. The receptionist told me Saturday was the earliest I could get in. I explained I was in a lot of pain. still it was Saturday I was told I could come in. On Friday night I got a phone call from [redacted]. the doctor telling me that 8:00 was the soonest I could get in. On Saturday morning was trying to go that appointment knowing once he would adjust me I would be much better. I was unable to get in the sitting position to get in my car to make the appointment and called him explaining my problem and how much pain it was he told me to go to the Clinic to see if the could give me a pain pill so I could go see him. My wife had to call 911 to get them to transport me to the ER to get assistance with getting pain medication. After being at the ER I was treated and released and I was on the rode headed to the see the chiropractor [redacted] w. I decided to call them to tell them Im on my way. The receptionist told me they were not taking any more walk ins I told her I had an appointment and I was told to go get a pain shot so I could make it to the clinic still. She checked with [redacted] w. the chiropractor who I had been seeing and he told her that he wasn't waiting around for me and had to leave.

I only went to the ER and paid $150.00 plus ambulance cost plus the cost of the visits to the ER so I could get my back adjusted on Saturday by Him ([redacted]) I was very upset that he would not assit me at all after knowing I talked to him several times that day about it.

I want to be reimbursed for the costs for going to the ER $150.00 plus the cost of the Ambulance service $100.00 I only went there to be able to go see him when he refused to help me I had no place to go and I wasted that money going. He is a rip off chiropractor I have discovered also that he has given me things and mentioned no charges to me like a excersie ball and an ice pack but billed me for these items were in the past at other places I have gone to they gave them to you unless they mentioned a charge that alone was over $100.00 in charges that I never expected either.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the ER copay which was $150.00, and the cost of the Ambulance service once I get the final bill on that it will be $100.00 plus also the cost of the exercise ball which I can return the Ice Pack I'm stuck with since that would be a sanitary item. Had I known he would not service his clients I would of never went to him. Even the other people I have talked to in the medical field were shocked by what he did.

The Madison Chiropractic - West clinic failed to disclose their pricing to me on my first visit even with the knowledge that I would be paying out of pocket with no insurance. This amounted to $200. Costs are also not mentioned on their website or initial patient intake paperwork.
