The client husband let us into the houseAs you can see from her *** review which has delated it today for whatever reason...she stated the house was unlockedWe arrived and called her but her husband told us the house was empty to go ahead and go in start cleaningWhen our crew went in there
were pets (snakes) left on cages, and catsI called him immediately to ask what he wanted us to do..leave or continue cleaningHe said "I am minutes away, I am heading over there to get whatever we still need and will ask your crew to empty the fridge and clean it, clean everything to get their deposit backThe client *** gave us the wrong card to charge her cleaning but replaced it with a different cardWe accidentally charge the wrong card but refunded it immediately and called herbelow is the prove of the refundBelow is also a message from *** sent yesterday warning us not to contact her anymoreThat she will be having a her lawyers deal with usI am afraid to contact herI tried twice yesterday she refused to talk and sent me that email instead but I am surprised she contacted the Revdex.com to help her after sending me an emailing warning we shouldn't contact her...very strange. I am rejecting this response because: the only phone number this company had was mineI have a voice mail on my phone from 8:saying that her crew is inside my apartmentI moved across the hall and accidentally left it unlockedNo one called until 8:to say they had been in since 8:00amI do not have a "husband" this is a lie and the only contact information is myselfThe next time I contacted the company was at 1pm and spoke with *** (or ***) and she informed me that they would deduct an hour from the total cost because they weren't scheduled until 9am and showed up earlyShe apologized endlessly. I'm very upset with what happenedMultiple items are missing, clothes were thrown out, and the freezer was emptied and thrown outNo one ever said to do thisNormally, any cleaning service would simply leave it for the owner; not throw it outThe woman who owns this company keeps posting lies about myself on my *** account and that is why it has since been deletedI will not have my reputation slandered and be bullied by a companyI asked several times for the cleaners at the house to call me when they were done so that we could do a walk through and I could hand them their tipsUpon entering the house, it was emptyNo one calledWhen I called *** to pay for the service, she told me that the cleaners would be done in an hour and a halfHowever, I informed *** that they "had already left"She then proceed to take my credit information, which was then charged to the wrong accountTaking over business days to renter my checking accountI am beside myself that any company would do this to any personIt is hurtful and dishonestThere is zero integrity, honesty or trust in "*** ***".
