If the service we provided for him was so bad why call us back for more workThis guy wanted me to to beat another quote he supposedly got from another tree serviceI told him to call them back right away and schedule if he wanted us to do the work for that price because I would not even wish to come that close to the estimate he supposedly gotWe did this tree work for him over yr agoHe just now wants to bring this to our attention when I did not want to meet his price he supposedly got from some other tree serviceI am a man of principal and I have no idea what has taken place out at his house in the last yearAfter all this time I told him I would come out for the cost of gas onlyHe said he wasnt paying anymore and I told him on my contract it says due upon completionWe finished the job amd he must have been happy with it and believed it to be so as he paid us the same dayWe do free tree work for disabled or elderly people once a month, if I was out to get him I would not offer this free aervice for others, I will not be taken advantage of under any circumstances thoughHe tried to black mail me with the Revdex.com and while we are proud of our A+ rating we will never be held over a barrell on garbageWe stand behind our work % but he can find someone else to threaten and harass

I did agree to come back and do the stump, but was unable to return because the neighbor would not allow me back on his property I have not been paid for the stump I need access to the neighbor's yard to get to the tree and without this I am unable to return to do the stump

I have no record of doing business at all with this person or giving this person or address an estimate

come that close to the estimate he supposedly got. We did this tree work for him over 1 yr ago. He just now wants to bring this to our attention when I did not want to meet his price he supposedly got from some other tree service. I am a man of principal and I have no idea what has taken place out at his house in the last year. After all this time I told him I would come out for the cost of gas only. He said he wasnt paying anymore and I told him on my contract it says due upon completion. We finished the job amd he must have been happy with it and believed it to be so as he paid us the same day. We do free tree work for disabled or elderly people once a month, if I was out to get him I would not offer this free aervice for others, I will not be taken advantage of under any circumstances though. He tried to black mail me with the Revdex.com and while we are proud of our A+ rating we will never be held over a barrell on garbage. With that being said she was over a month late before I stopped by, yelling is not anywhere close to what I did. She came out of her house yelling and screaming at me. I told her to not worry about it right now. If she did not have the money at the time a simple call would have sufficed. But nothing she was late on the second payment by over a month again, I stopped by her house. She again came out yelling at me. I told her never mind. and walked away, she told me then she would pay me in full later that day. When I left she called me 15 minutes later and said she had to leave town. How convenient, I told her never mind contacting me we can just go to court and then hung up. Wasn't gonna be getting yelled at anymore because she couldn't or wouldn't pay. 30 minutes later she calls me and tells me to have someone come by and she will pay them. HMM. how miraculous it was. Anyhow she is the person that killed the opportunity for many others to not be able to get a payment plan so they can get their tree work taken care of when they cant afford it. I hope things work out for her. I have since put a new mail box at our tree lot and can now receive mail there once again.
