Review: I ordered bedroom furniture from [redacted](?[redacted]). I was told it was available and would ship in 4 weeks. I told her to check on availability and shipping and if available we would order the next day. [redacted] called the next day to say it was definitely available and we drove all the way down there and ordered it. I put half down on my credit card. The next day the girl called to say it was not available in the agreed upon finish. I told her simply "cancel the order". It has been 4 days now and the order is still on my credit card. The sales girl won't cancel the order until I drive all the way there again so she can "show me something else she's sure I'll like". Really? They have charged me $5000.00 dollars for an order they told me they can't fill and wont release my funds until I agree to come back to there show room only to be harangued and harassed by young, inexperienced wanna be used car salesmen. All I want is the money I'm being charged for the product I'M NOT GETTING put back on my credit card.Desired Settlement: Remove the charge for the imaginary order that is "Not Available" and give a full credit back to my credit card! Please call my wife and apologize for the harassing call that "NOTHING can be done unless you come all the way back to the store" and "We have something else we're sure your gonna like"?? I did not expect harassment and sophmoreish, sales gimmicks that insult and victimize us all the while attempting a bait-and-switch larceny of well over $5,000.00 Dollars. Return My Money!
