In June 2015, we paid $11,000 as a down payment for custom built cabinets. When Madison informed us the cabinets would not be completed by the end of the summer, we agreed that they could be done by Jan 1, 2016. In January, multiple emails transpired for final planning and measurements. In February, we were notified that the company was behind on orders and they would inform us as to when our order would be completed. In April, we contacted Madison to find out the status and were told that they had been waiting on us since January. At that point we notified Madison again that we were ready and requested an install date. After multiple emails from Madison requesting information we had already provided, we informed Madison of our frustration and asked to expedite our order. We finally received the contract for signature in June and signed it. After two weeks, we were told we would have a possible install date of July 11. Since that email, we have not heard from Madison regarding
Madison Cabinets refuses to complete the job, after receiving payment Long stories about ownership changes and previous partner stealing money from the new owner...etc The new owner called me and said, "sorry, we will not be finishing your job"
