Madison Family Dental Associates,S.C.

I intially called multiple dental associates in an effort to find one that took my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal). After many failed attempts I called Madison Family Dental Associates. They informed me that I was indeed IN Network, this was August 2012. I made many appts for myself and my children that we attended. I received documentation filled out by their representatives as to what my expected billing would entail, dated 10/19/12. I agreed to all services they suggested. After my 8th appoinment the Billing Department stated that I in fact was not IN Network. I complained that they were mistaken and I had specifically asked that question back in September 2012, and was informed that I was. I then asked the representative for a waiver of In Network status and was told by the representative that they would do no such thing and that I was a LIAR and had never asked if I was in Network. I immediately cancelled all future work by this dentist.
