Review: In lease agreement, it outlines "Initial Registration Fees" as $518.50. In retail sales agreement, the amounts for Documentary Fee" is marked with X's. Upon receipt of license plates, I see that the cost of the registration totaled $224.50, with a difference of $294. I believe I am due a refund of $294. The dealership says that amount is for the Documentary Fee ($289) which I dispute since it was not clearly spelled out in the retail sales agreement. Even if the dealership were to prevail, they still owe me $5.Desired Settlement: Refund of overage paid to dealership.

Review: I have bought 2014 Honda CR-V in Dec,07,2013.

I have visited Madison Honda to get my plates and registration( December 21,2013). I have forced to pay additional $289 for documentary fee.

Latter I have checked my invoice #[redacted] and found that I have paid this amount. I have tried to rich manager and from the 3-times call and promises to call me back I have catched him.

He explain me that it's a mistake in invoice. I am not agree with this since we have agreed on final price and my papers state that there is no mistake.

Latter I have found in customer review that this dealership try to hide price to brink customers here.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have talked by phone with manager [redacted]. He continue play bad game. I have asked him to send me in writing form by email or mail a document that confirmed that I wasn't pay this amount. He didn't response.

My invoice stated that I have paid 289$ dollars for the documentary fee. And he actually pushed me to pay twice. I am completely not satisfied with his explanation.

I think it's a bad practice. I have documents (invoice that stated that I have pay this amount) and I can send copy if it's need.
