I'm Operations Manager for Good Foods on Southland Drive in Lexington, and I oversee facilities We started using Madison about a year ago and have been extremely satisfied with their service We signed a maintenance contract with them and have since had far fewer emergency calls because our equipment is being well maintained They're professional, responsive, know what they're doing, and do what they say they will As an example of their great service, one of their techs diagnosed and repaired a 6-year-old problem with one of our HVAC units, simply because he took the time to thoroughly check out a report that our kitchen staff didn't think their AC was working Now the kitchen's AC can keep up with the demands placed on the unit, and staff are feeling cool air for the first time in years I've referred them to both friends and family for residential service, and would refer them for business or residential service to anyone who asked me
