Review: I booked a room at the super 8 hotel in Sacramento. Apon arrival I was placed in a two bed. The next day I booked a single bed room an wS told they did not have none available an I had to pay the rate for two beds. I kept booking one bed rooms for a whole 7 days and still have not been placed in one. Also the price for that the booking agents book is what you will pay when staying. They will take the rate you booked that includes a 12% sales tax an use that as the rate an charge another 8% sales tax. So I'm being over charged. I called to see why I'm not getting my rooms for the price I book them at and they told me I should not be paying the extras. The booking agent contacted the super 8 an they fixed the problem. But the next day it starts again. I called the super 8 corporate customer relations number an spoke with a rep. That contacted the property to see why I was being over charged. The corporate rep. Told me to take my receipt to the front desk so that she may give me s refund for what extras I paid. After getting off the phone with corporate rep. I was told I had to leave for complaining about the price not being right. I asked for a manager before calling corporate I was told there wasn't one in and won't be one in tell next week. Check out time is at 11 o clock. I will be getting some by front desk to pay for my room. Staff also invaded my privacy. I denied room service and staff came an serched my room while I was in there resting. I was disrespected by staff when tryed to talk with staff I was treated as if I was not a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for a very uncomfortable stay for 7 days for the violation of my personal privacy rude customer service and for paying a sales tax twice on rated room and a weeks worth of stay to a different [redacted] hotel.

Review: I am currently homeless and have been staying at the [redacted] motel. On Thursday 3/1*/16 I got a call from front desk saying that housekeeping needed to come in to service my room...after I got back to my room later on that day, and that's when I figured out that she had come in & did none of the above and in fact left nasty stinky soiled sheets on my bed, I don't even have small children that wet the bed so I didn't understand how this happened. I called and complained to the front desk and they told me it was nothing they could do until the maids got there at checkout time the next day at 11a.m (this incident happened around 7 with the dirty sheets) because they don't have access to the room where the clean linen is kept..needless to say my family and I were all forced to sleep on one bed with four people in it. The smell was so horrible it literally made me sick to my stomach and I threw up, I couldn't sleep due to discomfort and the strong harsh smell that overpowered you making it hard to breathe. When I asked to speak with the ** he did not make himself available to me and instead asked the lady at the front desk to handle the situation instead! All I wanted was at least my money back for the night before that I didn't get to sleep, but that didn't happen either. This is the 2nd month I've stayed in this hotel and I've never had a problem with them before.. I also have video that I recorded the moment after I saw it. Today is Saturday 3/19/16 and on 3/20/16 my family and I will be homeless after spending all my funds here, all I ask as I said before that if nothing else happens I'd like my money back for that night in particular...My name is [redacted] and my contact number is [redacted]hank you!Desired Settlement: As I stated several times before I'd like my money back. Being that I'm homeless my family could use the funds. Not only that but I feel I deserve to be compensated for that horrible mistake they made, especially after they made a big deal about having to come in and clean and did nothing... Not to mention the other bed had crumbs in it which let's me know she definitely didn't clean at all.
