Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: All though all of said dealer respond was true and correct the dealer for got to mention how the moment I left service dept and no more then two three blocks away from service depts location I recived a battery warning light on my cars dash bord me thinking maybe the service dept left my car doors open due to the fact my tec went on lunch wile I was there and weeken the cars battery in a hurry to make a very important doctors appointment I continue on my way home then when I was about 1/mile away from Madison jaguar service now on the NJM tps heading East is when all the cars trouble lights went off and my ca slowed down to pax miles per hour I pulled over to slow lane and managed to get my car into my garage and mile away from were I was and didn't want to stop on turnpike or shirt off car with the fear it won't start again and that day was bitter cold and I would not have heat in my car till help arrived well after pulling into my garage and shutting off my car I tryed to start my car and nothing dead battery couldn't understand why I called Madison jaguar service writer Luke and told him what just had happen saying I drove a perfect good running car into your shop and drove out with a problem he asked me to bring my car back I say how it's dead stuck in my garage I then called back three more times looking to speak to service manager mike with only getting his voice mail and leaving my name and number with there operator with no call back at all I called my NJ insurance Roadside service to come see if they could help after about a half hour a road side service tech came and jumped my battery but the car wouldn't stay running Enought to drive back to Madison nj I then called [redacted] service dept in Edison they dispatched a road test in about two hours the tec showed up and I showed him my car and told him what had just happen he said it's cause your battery was so low it shout all electronics off that control the car like abs transmission and more totally unsafe way to drive I told him how the car reduced its speed to about miles a hour and he said it went into fail safe mode just enought to get it in a safe area in addition he had a tool to chechnmy cars charging system and reported my alternator was bad I said how could it he said the tech at Madison jaguar must have shorten out the electrical system some how when running a system check on your tpms system and hooked it up wrong it does happen he said I seen this before how a tech makes a mistake and blows out a alternator so there you have it Madison jaguar with out a dough shorten out my charging system and in turn blow my alternator out and disabled my car ...you can't make this stuff up I'm not a service tech Just a service customer looking for help and all I got was a bigger problem .I addition I will be taking this matter to small clams court in there district and sueing for triple damages im not done with this company yet I could almost got killed on the turnpike and it's not about the money it's all about them caring for a service customer not even one follow up phone call if I was ok or can they help to me knew the service dept knew what they done..the guilt of not responding back to me was proof enought ....this kind of poor service work and care of a customer property must not happen again !!!! Some oneat Madison jaguar must be responsible for there action or lack of this a business and needs to be responsible to the public in a safe and fair manner I have foward a copy of this to the New Jersy State Attorney generals Office Regards, [redacted]

Review: Had my 2011 Jaguar XF in for service to have my tire pressure sensors recalibrated on 1/8/2015 appointment was for 11:30 am ..made and confirmed on line..

After about two hours cuz service went on lunch .. My Service writer Luke came over to me and explaned service cant fix my issue and said why and went on saying they had to change just about the whole tire presure system about a $1000.00 repair didnt sound right but I had to leave in addition madison jaguar charged me $100.00 to do nothing something my tire shop told me for free and suggested I take to Jaguar service .as I did..

As I was driviing away in about 1/4 mile I noticed a red battery lite lite up on my dash board .That was stranged it thought this never happen before and I had a new battery installed 5 months ago ??

So I drove a bit futher now on the new jersey turnpike heading east to my home in [redacted] when every thing shut down in my car I had fault codes blinking , transmission Fault . Brake system Fault . At this point my car slowed down to about 20 miles a hour ....

I didnt want to pull over it was so cold that day with win chill 15 below 0 so I drove a bit futher To my Garage as quick and Safe as I could doing 15/20 mph

Now parked in my garage I shut off my car Now had a dead battery . asked my self cant be I have a brand new battey . this just cant be ..Called Madison Jaguar Service dept spoke to Luke explaned problem he said bring it in how can I ? I replayed wont start . Your Tech that worked on my cars computer system as he did ... never got brake down of worked done . they must have known !,,

tried calling service manager Al 3 xs no answer ,left voice message on his phone with no call back .

Called [redacted] Nj to come to my garage at my expense and check out my cars problem . Serv tech ck my car said your Alternator is bad . No dought The tech at madison jaguar shorten the system resulting in damaging your car's AlternatorDesired Settlement: Total amount to have my Jaguar's charging system repaired to normal working order as it was ...

including cost to have [redacted] send a Service tec to check my car .

Flatbed tow costs to [redacted] Nj

Total estamate $1700

PS.I will not allowed Madison Jaguar do the repair... that place will never touch my car . Ever Again !!!!!!!

Review: I recently purchased the used car, 2012 range rover evoque from Madison Jaguar. I searched the vehicle on online, and I visited the Madison Jaguar to see the vehicle directly. After a week, my wife and I visited again to purchase the car. The person who helped me before was busy to serve other customers at the moment, so manager of the used car department was helping me to look around the car again. I could find a big scratch on wheel and I asked him about it. He explained that the car was never used for test. So I thought I just missed the scratch when I came before but the scratch was really big and hard to not recognize it. Anyway I walked in to the office to finish up the paper works, but the sales price was much higher than sales person told me before. I told him the price was different than I heard last time, and he fixed price but he never apologized for his mistake. Even after he fixed the price, it was still higher than I was told last time. We started having argument and the used sales manager was really rude, cutting person talking very impolitely and my wife was getting scared from the way of his speaking. We were so nervous with him, so I decided to finish up the paper work asap with the sales person who helped me before and got the job done. After about 2 weeks, my wife was driving that car, and she found out the car has halogen headlights. When I bought this car, I was told that the car is with Xenon headlights, not halogen headlight. And I have the printed out of the posted webpage that shows the specifications of the car and it says its with Xenon headlight, and I printed before I purchased. I was trying to contact with the sales person, but he never respond my email and he never picked up my phone. Then he finally replied to my email after several days. Once he replied my email and his answer didnt help at all, but said it was just made like that and he said theres nothing he can do about it without apologizing.The price was different when I came to buy the car than I was told, rude attitude of the employee, false advertising, avoiding my calls/emails. It was the most awful experience Ive ever had buying a car.Desired Settlement: I want them to change halogen headlights to Land rover OEM Xenon Headlights
