Review: We were promised credit card processing services without any contracts. When processing became overly expensive, we decided to cancel the service. It is through Fidelity sold to us by victor s from madison merchant service. Fidelity tells us that we are in a contract for 2 years and can't cancel without paying a fee. I have reached out to victor several times. He has promised to refund all service charges and close our account. This has happened 3 times already. Now I have tried to contact Madison merchant services and there main phone number is not working.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund for the past 3 months of charges that I have been dealing with this cancellation issue and I want this service cancelled and the terms of our deal lived up to.
