This company handled my debt through a consolidation in a timely manner and a successful outcome. During the process they stayed in touch with me about the status of each one and sent me letters of satisfaction from the creditors. That is except the last one because I moved without a forwarding address or contact. Recently I started having a collector call attempting to collect on the one debt I didn't have a letter of satisfaction from. I contacted Madison and Monroe and I was sent a letter within a week of email exchange. Great job and I am a satisfied customer.

I first saw the advertisement on a bus and I wasn't sure that it was legit. I was curious and needed the help so I called and I'm happy that I did. Keisha was the representative that helped me. She was very courteous and educated me on their credit repair program. I signed up the same day. it wasn't as expensive as I expected and I was able to get my credit cleaned up and also get the information I needed on how to maintain it. I'm very happy with the services and customer service provided.
