Prior to August 1, 2015, MNL sold individual life insurance and annuities Effective August 1, MNL sold this entire block of business to another insurer who administers the block’s current insureds This block of business is closed and no further sales are made If the agent is currently soliciting Ms [redacted] for insurance, it is on behalf of another insurer.Our records indicate we received an individual life insurance application and annuity application, both dated July 10, 2015, from Ms [redacted] We also received premium payments of $ each However, no insurance contracts were issued to Ms [redacted] because we never received the full premium payments required On October 29, we issued a $refund check (copy attached with letter) to Ms [redacted] As of this date, the check has not been cashed
