I and [redacted] *moved into these apartments and signed a lease agreement we made every monthly payment on timeAt the time of moving out we gave our the Apartment complex a day notice which include an extra days we would stayThe Apartment Representative who helped us compete our day signed notice wrote on the signed agreement and told us we owed $extra to stay for the days which we paid to the ApartmentWe moved out on 07/18/as agreed on our day noticeWe did not hear from the apartment since that date until on 08/27/we received a notice from [redacted] a Debt Collector claiming we owed $1,to Madison ParkThe next day 08/28/we walked into the Madison Park Apartment and spoke with [redacted] who claimed there was nothing she could do we would have to speak with [redacted] I immediately on 08/28/emailed [redacted] including all documentation and our signed day notice with agreement of $ for the extra days we stayed [redacted] r

This company is terrible to rent from! Each month my rent was different and each month it was more and moreThey are supposed to send letters to each tenant on rent and water usage, but I never got oneEach month it was a hassle to getEvery time I needed my notice I had to go up to the office, which those women were extremely rude and or were never thereSo after numerous attempts to get what I needed I never could (the office was closed/ the lady that gave out the notices was at lunch or left early that day)So my rent was always late every month because of the is in the officeNobody could tell me how much I owed (the lady who gave out the notices always said she was busy and that she would get me my notice but never did, she always said she had to get back to me numerous times, and she acted put out that she had to talk to me! They do not know how to run a business! Then when I left there (thank god!) they had the nerve to charge me for every little thingLike light bulbs, there cubbard doors that weren't perfectly on par because of their failure to fix, among st other ridiculous things, and the carpet mind you I left it in good condition!!! These people are total rip offs and not to mention this place is in a horrible neighborhood where people got shot and killed weekly! I advise anyone who is looking for a place to rent to not rent from these peopleThey try to get as much money out of you as they can and do not give you anything in writing on what you owe and whyTerrible! I was afraid for my life there!!!
