Madison Prairie Point Apartments

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Restoration service was never rejected I was told that there was "nothing that could be done" from staff Unfortunately this business was neither competent enough or concerned enough to fix the hazardous situation the first time I am contacting the Revdex.com so that they are aware of Madison prairie point apartments and there poor practices I find it very disturbing that this business is willing to blatantly lie to not get a poor rating [redacted] , the property manager, is sub par at best and it is the businesses responsibility to refund electricity, manual labor done by tenants to clean up and inconvenience caused by said problem Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We offered to have the charges on his electricity bill adjusted We just need copies of the current bills to see the increase in his electric charges while work was being done in his apartment for the fan that was installed We also agreed to permit Mr [redacted] to be released from his lease early so that he will be happy in his living environment He just needs to contact us and provide us with the requested billing statements

The resident called for the slider door frame leaking during heavy rains and we immediately responded offering water extractions at that timeAll three times he refused service when the technician arrivedWe contacted a business to address the problems and after service no growth has occurredA
crew is currently at the resident providing serviceWe are more than happy to look at the electric and would like to see the last months of bills
