Hello, Our monthly rent, as stated in the resident's legally binding contract, is due on the 1st of
every month. Per the contract, we give all residents a grace period until the 3rd, on the 4th a $late fee is assessed, there is an additional $10.00/daily fee that begins on the 5th. The resident paid his rent on the afternoon of the 4th, therefore it was late and he was charged a $late fee. Since we have already granted him a one-time courtesy waive for another past due rent payment the late fee stands. Sincerely, *** *** Community Director at Madison Prairie Point

She gave us the wrong address twice. Our home office is in PA, so it was returned there. Our corporate office called her, and she gave them a third wrong address. We cannot send her the check because she keeps providing us with addresses the...

They are completely lairs. I gave them the correct address before they ever processed my check. They just didn't update there system, due to the lack of competence in the their office. After getting no satisfaction from the complex in O'fallon, I contacted the corporate office myself and spoke with a very nice lady who update my address and mailed me my check by FedEx. So there response shows you how much they don't know or even care to know that the issue was resolved. I would never recommend this complex to anyone .
