On November 17, 2017, my wife fueled her vehicle (Lexus RX350) at Madison Quick Stop (a Phillips gas station) with approximately gallons of Premium gas Within minutes, the 'Check Engine? light illuminated and the engine began running rough and repeatedly stalling She immediately diverted her trip and drove to the local Lexus dealership After diagnosing the problem on the same day, the dealership found that the fuel was contaminated and the vehicle required extensive repairs: a complete fuel tank drain; a 3-part induction service to clean the fuel lines, injectors, upper intake, and throttle body; plus, replacement of the oxygen sensor Total repair cost $1,
