I contacted the company that does our billing and asked them to expedite getting the refund check to Mr [redacted] The check is going out in the mail today He should have it in 2-days

I am sorry that this has not been corrected I thought it had been taken care of previously I have instructed our billing people to have the claim pulled out of collections and to zero the charge to the patient I have asked my billing staff to investigate where we dropped the ball I am sorry for the delay in resolving this It should be resolved nowJim ***
