I think it is insanely overprotective to have to check a bicycle helmet when you have it in a bag to attend a show. I have never had on Broadway or any theater or any club or any restaurant have to check my helmet. It is inconvenient. And way over cautious, I could cause more damage with me cell phone my hitting someone in the head than a bulky bike helmet. Think about your policy, Your arena must me the most dangerous place to go in NYC if you have to check a bike helmet for danger. It put me in a bad mood and ruined the show for me. And took 15 mins to check & retrieve the helmet before and after the show. At $200 an hour for my time, I should have stayed home & listed to my old Beatles albums. You really don't think much of you customers, especially for a concert where everyone was 55+. You can say whatever you want but there is nowhere in NY I have had to check the helmet in 20 years.

[redacted] filed his complaint in response to MSG's recent efforts to enforce limits on how many season tickets a single person or entity can purchase, manage, or control. [redacted] had 2 season ticket accounts under which he has, in recent seasons, held 8 season ticket subscriptions apiece (a...

total of 16). MSG informed him that he could no longer hold more than 8 tickets. [redacted] selected his 8 seats, was invoiced for them, and paid for them. He thereafter filed this complaint with the Revdex.com.On June **, 2016, MSG spoke to [redacted], and discussed his complaint. We apologized to him for not connecting with him by phone sooner. We explained the reason that we have and enforce our ticket limit policy, and further explained that he was being treated like other entities that had aggregated large numbers of season subscriptions. By the end of the conversation, [redacted] said that he appreciated the call, and would not further press his complaint. However, he said, he would not withdraw the complaint with the Revdex.com.

MSG should post outside that it is illegal to buy tickets from individuals. Many individuals were sold counterfeit tickets while "hired" police officers were in the breezeway. I was recently informed that individuals can not sell tickets within 1500 feet of MSG (at least 6th Avenue). MSG should either post signs or at least put it on marquee warning customers of illegal sales.

Review: I purchased two tickets for $91.20 for the Bill Burr Comedy Show at MSG through Ticketmaster. I attended the show at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, November [redacted]. The sound was not working in my section for half of the show, I could not hear the show. I spoke to Customer Service, they did not provide a resolution to the issue. On Sunday, November [redacted], I sent an email to [redacted] concerning this issue. They have not replied to my request for a refund.Desired Settlement: Since I missed half of the show, due to sound issues at Madison Square Garden, I would like a refund.
