My central AC is not working and they will do a temporary fix with either a ceiling fans and also have water coming up from my floor due to the sliding door not being put in properly and they will not even talk to me and fix the issue and I need a tub the can fit my shower chair and a rail my son has a rod in his back from a operation and I have poor balance so this needs to be done and fans on the ceiling as well that would be a big help my son's room is very hot and they will not do that either
Replacement New tub and fans on the ceiling and a safety bar for our sade showering and AC completely fixed

MS.C*** HAS BEEN SPOKEN AND VISITED NUMEROUS TIMES. WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HER IN REGARDS TO REPAIRS. THE HVAC COMPANY WE ARE USING HAS BEEN TO HER APARTMENT TO CHECK WHAT PARTS NEED TO BE ORDERED. MS.C*** HAS BEEN CALLING 15-20 TIMES A DAY FROM 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO OUR OFFICE TO ASK ABOUT THE SAME SITUATION WE HAD PREVIOUSLY SPOKE TO HER ABOUT. DUE TO COVID-19 IT HAS BEEN HARDER ON OUR COMPANY TO FINISH THIS REPAIR. SHE HAS BEEN REASSURED PLENTY OF TIMES BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER THAT SHE HAS NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN. WE ARE WORKING TOWARDS FIXING HER CENTRAL AC. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR NUMBER 1 CONCERN. WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN COMMUNICATIVE WITH MS.C***.
