I cancelled my account with them and they are still billing me

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have never disputed, nor mis-represented my original intentions to sign up for this company's product/service I have no other contact information for REO Renegades other than the phone number I was able to find on line which is ###-###-#### If you call that number, all you get is a voice message that says: "Thanks for calling REO Renegades If you know your party's extension, please enter it now or press zero for a customer service representative." If you press zero, you are told to leave a number and they will get back to you as soon as possible They have NEVER made an attempt to return the plus calls I have placed at various times of the day, morning, afternoon and evening There is no email address provided or I would have sent an email on May 8th! There is no email provided on their website or a way to contact this company from their website.I am NOT trying to tarnish their reputation I just want my credit card charges stopped as of May 8th Looking at the Revdex.com website, I am not the first to complain about this company's lack of responsiveness to their voice messages! Cancel my service, credit my May billing and I'll stop complaining And while you are at it...provide some contact information on your website or your telephone message Regards, [redacted]

My company, REO Renegades LLC, is a single member LLC with no employees I am the single member and the sole operator of the business I provide web base training and email support for real estate agents interested in listing and selling bank owned (REO) properties The only way an
agent can participate in one of my trainings is to be referred or invited via email At the conclusion of my live webinar training session the participant is offered an opportunity to pay me for a second more in depth training They participant is given a special web address that is unique to the event where they can register During the online registration the participant is given the opportunity to purchase ongoing email support from me for $a month If they select to purchase either the training or the training and the ongoing support they must read and agree to my terms of service The terms of service clearly state that they will be charged $a month until they cancel in WRITING They must read the terms of service and check a box indicating that they agree or they are not allowed to complete the registration/purchase This step is crucial in making sure that there are no misunderstandings or surprises. In regards to *** ** *** I have no record of his cancellation via email or mail Although I do maintain a business telephone number I do not have voicemail and the greeting clearly states that all correspondence with me/REO Renegades LLC must be in writing via email or US mail *** ** *** did not cancel his membership Instead he chose to dispute the charges with his credit card provider which requires a time consuming call to Credit Card companies customer service department and or fraud department It would have been much quicker to simply send me an email requesting cancellation I know *** has my email address because I received several emails from him with questions pertaining to the training course he purchased Why he did not use the same email to request cancellation is beyond me Perhaps when he heard that I had moved to the Phoenix area and planned to get my brokers license he felt that I may somehow compete with him for business? Perhaps his complaint to the Revdex.com was a thinly veiled attempt to tarnish my reputation? In summary, *** ** *** did not follow the terms of service he agreed to and therefore I was never informed of his desire to cancel his service agreement Instead of requesting cancellation he disputed the charges with his credit card company and all of his money was returned I on the other hand, honored our agreement and had all of the fees that I earned debited from my account To ad insult to injury I was fined $from the credit card processor for each monthly service fee paid by *** ** ***.I hope *** ** *** feels good about taking my information, using my services, and then claiming that I “fraudulently” charged his credit card
