It has honestly been a pleasure working with Madison Tax Group. These folks extended their services in such a professional way that I didn't know would be possible. These individuals ended my struggle with taxes and my tax debt. I will definitely refer their services.

Review: The [redacted] of this company [redacted] former employee of Front Street Tax Resolution is a fraud. She was with Front Street when she took on my tax resolution problem and I had a contract to pay in installments. She left the company in March of 2013 and started Madison Tax Group at which time I began sending payments to the new company. I have tried to contact her repeatedly but haven't been successful. I didn't have funds available for May 2013 so she called me and inquired as to when they would be available. I deposited the funds in my account and her company withdrew them on 5/**/13 in the amount of $354.12, she withdrew April ** for 354.12 and March ** for 354.12. I still hadn't heard from her as of June * so I contacted her former employer and was informed she was being investigated for fraud and had taken client files from the company. I still have not been able to reach her and my tax returns that she prepared were never filed either.Desired Settlement: I would like to see her further investigated so others won't be defrauded by her fake company. I want a refund and an explanation of why she decided to deceive and fraud when she was supposed to be helping folks with tax issues.

[Your Answer Here][redacted] contacted me on 6/**/13 looking for a payment as if nothing has happened. She called but I wasn't able to answer and no voicemail was left. She also had someone else call and I told the person to let her know she had been reported and was in a lot of trouble/

The complaint is the product of confusion on the clients part. He alleges that [redacted] is the [redacted] of Madison Tax Group, which is definitely not the case - she was an employee of the company. He was a client of her former firm and he followed her to our company, because he wanted to keep her as his representative before the IRS. The client was angry because he kept calling the wrong number, the number that belonged to her prior company. I believe his initial complaint stated that he was calling [redacted] at that number, which is an error on his part - he was confused. I attempted to contact the client, but was met with harsh criticism and a disconnected call. I was merely trying to offer a full refund because of the confusion. I tried repeatedly to contact the client but was not successful, I also left several messages for him without receiving a call back. Ultimately, the payments the client made were reversed and he did not lose a single cent. We hold honesty and integrity to highest standard. We strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied and if there ever was the case where a client is not happy, we would offer a full 100% refund, that is our policy. In the past few years we have had several satisfied clients and no others issues whatsoever. I believe that should be a testament to how we do business. The client ([redacted]) was extremely confused and was calling the wrong number repeatedly.
