Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (450, 11, 2015/09/15) */ After filed this complaint against Madison Woods Apt, I was waiting patiently for any response or check and my mail, I noticed the company never responded to Revdex.com but Now Sept 14, I received my money back!!, Yes,my check from Madison Woods Aparments (Madison Greensboro LLC., on check) for $wich is my deposit and maybe be part of the friend refer from my husband, anyway we got our money returned I would like to say Thank You so much Revdex.com !!! for your help in everything with this specific complaintHave a great day! Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 12, 2016/03/11) */ On 4/of last year the Maintenance crew at MW had received notices for some issues with hvac that we were having at the time with apt [redacted] tenantsHes response to this matter is as follows: As soon as the air handler went out it was changed next day but the ac there was a week wait on it because it had to ordered but they were given a portable and as far as the heat goes the temps were far over and even if it was cold they didn't wait on heatThe apartment has been treated numerous times as well as I had them do what our guys call a clean out were [redacted] goes in once a week until all the bugs are gone however this apartment has major house keeping issues and all the spray you can use will not work if the apartment is not cleanI got a call back on a Saturday for their water heater not working properly I went to the unit and nobody was there I was going to go ahead and enter the unit but they have a really mean dog and I wasn't going to fight it that day, so it was the following Monday before it was changed and the tenant was aware and ok with waitingThere was a mini altercation between [redacted] myself and the gentleman that lives in this unit while doing unit walks for rehab, they were given hour advance notice that we were coming he still chose to curse us and complain about having to walk units so many times so [redacted] and myself excused ourselves from the apartment and wish him a good dayBut in all the complaints they did resign their lease on 09/15/I have also done bucket tests per the request from [redacted] and sent the results back to them finding no problems in the apartment to make the water bill higher, so the only explanation for the water bill is usage Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 14, 2016/03/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I wish I could place pictures on here of my "dirty" apartment and my mean Chihuahua mixed dog that's in the cage when we aren't home (you know the one you speak so sweet to everytime you come in)Oh and your guy alvaro told me while he was installing my replacement a.c unit, that you guys told him to not replace my air unit (after I waited about 2-MONTHS for it to be fixed) and to take it from my home and install it in another tenants apartmentThe only reason (according to alvaro) he had not responded to the request is because he had already installed it and was not through the process of removing it and installing it again! Trust that I will be moving once my lease expires and trust and believe I begged and pleaded with my husband to move but no one wants to go through the hassle of moving after living at a location for only one yearAnd by the time of my lease that issue was finally fixed until my first water bill came and that was after I renewed my lease (HOW IRONIC IS THAT!) my first few bills weren't bad bucks, still high but manageable but once the water heater started going out and needed to be reset every few days (and once it was reset would get dangerously hot where as if you were to touch it, you would have a third degree burn on your skin) my bill has been bucks sinceAnd you are obviously some kind of [redacted] if u believe that-that much water could be used in a two bedroom apartment, that doesn't have a washer machine, and everyone works during the dayAnd when did you come out to do anything in my apartment, I wasn't notified of that, and where's the invoice of what you have done that day??? So u were in my apartment without me having any knowledge of you coming and being in my home with my personal things, fighting with my Chihuahua mixed dog that comes probably to ur calf muscle (if that)That's funny cause the property manager (who's no longer here THANK GOD!) and the front desk reception always said it's nothing they could do about my water bill being too high and to call aum who's a ghetto unprofessional third party company, and they also say is nothing they can do cause they're based in Chicago however you was in my apartment doing test to my water meter unbeknownst to meAs far as my husband cursing at you, you definitely deserved it and you carried yourself in an unprofessional way, arguing back with my him in our home and was not apologeticAlvaro had to pull you away and kept telling you to leave, alvaro was thee only one apologetic you were an disrespectful [redacted] , and I was in the bedroom with my infant baby while you guys arguedYou made my home an unsafe environment and I wasn't comfortableAnd that argument took place due to use notifying the office NUMEROUS times that we work 2nd and 3rd shift and did not want anyone knocking on our door like it's a drug raid, ringing our bell, or just entering our home like you guys do (where you can see multiple reviews on other websites of you guys just coming as u please and disturbing people's households) til after 1pmWith the lack of respect that you have, you still managed to come at 8,9, amOh and since you have enough time on your hands, how bout you come around here and do something about this mold around my bathtub before I take extra steps to have that resolvedSince I called before about it and the only thing ur unlicensed maintenance man did was cover it with caulk and I have a eight month baby in here so get on it
