I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** is twisting the facts and not stating the situation as it actually was. First of all it was not a "special order." I am attaching a copy of the only "so called" receipt I was givenA hand scribbled (not very professional) paperI was not given a copy of my credit card receipt because they had me sign on a apparatus attached to a mobile phoneThe paper I was given was vague at best and did not sate that it was a special orderThere was not any information pertaining to what would happen if they did not deliver the chair as promisedI even had to ask them to furnish me with a model number and manufacturerWhen I asked about the color I wanted, he said the had one in that color but it sold, so isn't he just replenishing his inventory? I was never told it was a special order. I attach the message he sent me stating that the chair was coming from *** in Houston, not ***, Texas, as he is now claiming. I invite you to search the web for *** in Houston so you can see, as I did, that that store is closed PERMANENTLYThis concerned me greatly and I even asked him again, when I went to the store to try to get a refund, where the chair was coming from and he reiterated again that the chair was coming from *** in Houston. A friend went with me and can attest to thisThe only reason I made the purchase was because they said I could have it delivered the following Tuesday, which did not happen. The honest, professional and decent thing to do was for them to apologize and credit my account for their not living up to their end of the deal. That did not happen. He is accusing me of being unprofessional because I asked them to credit my card and he flat refusedThere was never an apology and instead he looked at me in a condescending way. His body language indicated that it was too bad and too sad for meI was never unprofessional and he is only accusing me of this because I referred to his lack of tact and professionalism in my letter to my credit card companyI was upset, yes, because I twas trying to get my home ready for Christmas visitors and they ruined my efforts when they did not deliver the chair as promisedI conducted myself as any other person would, considering the situationPut yourself in my place. Would you just let them keep your $just because they wanted to? I will also attach the letter I received from my credit card company, where they claim to have delivered the chair when they know good and well they had no right to keep my money. If Madison Furniture and its employees continue to harass me, or if any other issues arise due to this, I am prepared to hire legal counsel and take them to small claims court. They have caused me much stress and unnecessary aggravation to the point that it is causing me to become physically illThis has become a matter of principal and I don't want for this to happen to anyone else.

So in response to *** ***we did make a special order for her since she was aware we did not carry it in the store we let her know when we were to expect it and when it did not come in on that day we let her knowAt that time she became irate and unprofessional she then left the store and at that time did a chargebackAnd received her money backn the entails I have provided will prove thatIn response that she did not get a receipt I have also provided another email with her statement {thank you for the receipt} also with her issue about our vender *** not being open any longer here is the address and phone number ***-***-*** *** is the owner and always answers on the first ring the address is *** *** *** *** texas 75006.with this info I hope it clears up who the con artist are and who are notWe are a family ran biz with great serviceThank you* *** ***
