I am rejecting this response because: I never had correspondence with Ms Lisa J[redacted] only RJ. I...
contacted RJ on several occasions indicating that the part he sent me was the wrong part. He said he would research it. In good faith I waited. After repeated calls I made to RJ, he would put me on hold for long periods of time and never return to the phone. When I would call again and RJ recognized my voice he would hang up the phone. I then would would send him emails to no avail. He never responded. I have all the time stamps when I called and the no response to my emails.

Clarification taken over the phone by Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant. Spoke with Mr. [redacted], [redacted]. He states that he has only spoken to RJ. Mr. [redacted] states that he was originally sent the wrong part back in Aug 2014. He says he has had several communications since 2014, aprox 2-3 times a month since then. RJ will just place him on hold and never get back to the call. All he wants is the correct part.
