Madison's Resurfacing

Poor service, no patience, and rude - That's my impression I have to tell, the owner agreed and denied my work twice. His decision is pretty much depending on his mood, change so quickly and never know what's next. Then he put all blame on customer/me. A few facts are:
the owner hate questions/negotiation, treated them as "you want a free job" even I agreed his original quote.
blamed me as a difficult person to deal with since I asked details.
Wasted my time, he asked me put everything together with print, I did then he denied and blame me on everything.

If you get a big job right after quoted mine and don't want mine, you can directly tell instead of blaming me. That's the only reason I can guess why change twice.

Horrible, horrible experience!! [redacted] did a rush job on our bathtub refinish and spilled stripper on our newly tiled floor. The tub refinish itself was terrible, leaving us with a tub that had sagging drips in the finish, pock marks, and without a non-slip bottom. Long story short, we had to take him to court for damages, which was a lengthy and stressful process....he rescheduled multiple times, sent us derogatory and taunting text messages, but in the end we did win our case against him. He paid us the damages the court awarded us; however, just to be spiteful he called the building inspector and reported us on bogus claims, wasting both our time and the city inspector's. It has only been a year and already the finish on the tub is chipping and cracking. Don't make the same mistake we did, search [redacted]://www.[redacted].**.**/ first because this was not the first (and probably not the last) case against him.
