I called this company because they had hour emergency serviceMy furnace is having problems and the blower is not workingI have a year old in the house and it is in the teens outsideI was told when I called that someone would call me shortlyWell it is hours later and still no callI called them back and the people that dispatch it out had no idea why no one had called backSo I told them what I thought and that I would get someone else that is local in the morning since they will be open in a few hoursA business should not advertise what they aren't going to do!!!!

I was told when I called that someone would call me shortly. Well it is 4 hours later and still no call. I called them back and the people that dispatch it out had no idea why no one had called back. So I told them what I thought and that I would get someone else that is local in the morning since they will be open in a few hours. A business should not advertise what they aren't going to do!!!!
