When the roads got safe we pick up all of her trash we pay per ton at the landfill so we are not taking off her bill we picked up all of her trash when the roads became safe if you look at her history she has been on hold a lot of tie for non payment the only way we can make people pay there bills is to turn there service off

I found the cancelled check that paid the invoice in questionOn the check it references the invoice number she claims I did not pay, my customer account number, and says "Cancel Service." I have the proof that check cleared my bank and she has no claim against meI have sent that documentation to her via Priority MailShe has no grounds to send me to collections and I demand that action be stopped.
I will repeat once again--the horrific customer service is appalling

We leave the billing in the system until the can is removed can was removed we out there account customers do get charge when they still have our can until the cancel service when the cancel service billing stops and there service for that period is prorated he did not cancel service until the 3rd
week in Jan bill was prorate for he paid it and can was removed there account is closed with balance we do put people on hold when there bill is late it is do on the 10th of the month we are not going to pick up there trash for free

She had lived at this address with her daughter when daughter moved out she called and had account changed over to her name The account was done put on hold for non payment I told her that it has to be paid before we service her there is a old balance of 44.00 that was due Jan 10 I talk to her...

daughter and she said that she has lived there for years and used the service the only thing that is doing is not wanting to pay the bill that is due we get this all the time people trying to change name on accounts to get out of paying there bill. We start her service back when the past due is paid She has never paid her account on time and it has to put on hold every quarter for payment

the service was put on hold Aug 7 2012 for non payment we picked up her trash 1 time a week for July and 1 week of Aug the bill for Due July 10 we give them until the next month to pay if they do not we stop service still no payment so we put on the pick up list on Sept 11 and removed Sept.14 ...

we have gave this person over 1 year to pay she has not so we are turning her account over for collection we did not get a phone call to cancel see notes on her account funny only get a response when you turn them over for collection and yes if they get hatefully to me I will get hatefull back and her account is going to the attorney today I did take off $11.00 on her account because we removed it on Sept 14th
