Review: [redacted] was contracted to build my 1 family home with the contract stating that we would be reimbursed for our allowances at the end of the project and once we paid for the construction in full. We have made every payment on time and at the end of the project he defaulted on reimbursing us for our allowances in the amount of $20, 000. We currently have a lien against him and his business and still haven't received any payment in 7 years.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our reimbursement for our allowances in the amount of $20,000.
