I am rejecting this response because:This is a clear case of fraudulent behavior or at the very least unethical business practices.FIrst, the website I went to purchase from was NOT the website they referencedI can provide browser history records as proofThe website I purchased from was *** However, it is no longer functionalI don't know whether it was a scam site or an affiliate marketer or what, but there was NO notification of any additional charges, nor was there any notification of automatically adding a second product without purchase verificationIt simply added the second product and completed the transactionNo acceptance of any kind of terms and conditions.Second, I made two attempts within minutes of making that order to cancel itFIrst by email, then by phone callI was assured the order was cancelledUnfortunately, they did not give me any kind of cancellation confirmation and I assumed it was cancelled.When the products showed up several days later, I RETURNED THEM UNOPENEDIn the original packagingThis can be tracked with the tracking numbers on the packages.Then a SECOND set of products showed up a few weeks laterWhich I also returned and can show evidence of.Finally after a third attempt to cancel, I got a cancellation confirmation code but was told they do not provide refunds, EVEN WHEN THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED.They did provide a refund in the amount of This is why I refuse their solution. Fortunately with all my evidence provided, my credit card company returned the rest of the money to me, creating a chargeback for this company.However, these people should be shut down due to their unethical and potentially illegal business practices.Thank you
