I had a hail loss on our house on June 9th of My insurance company, The [redacted] recommended I use Mad Sky as their preferrred vendorIt is now December 7th and the work is not completed I have talked to them on many occasions Finally on November 17th, I was told that they were having issues with the contractor assigned and a new contractor was assigned and would be calling me within days It is now weeks later and I have heard nothing I am tired of talking to these people because every time I do, they say someone will get back to me and it never happens This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life This company should be avoided

We had hail damage in July of 2018.Our insurance company suggested them, they were a preferred companyIt has been the worse experienceThey were paid in full, I signed a contact on August 18,Out of all the work they were suppose to do I only have the roof gutters and some of the downspouts doneThey still need to put a storm door on, awning, downspouts ,garage siding, and etcI have left messages, no one is returning my callsAlso I spoke to a *** *** about the shed reinbursment that was on October 19,She said the check was waiting for her supervior to okay

I entered into the MadSky program on November 18, 2017; it was for the replacement of a roof in the state of Florida; in the beginning I was told, "not to worry sir we handle and take care of everything for you" which at the time was what I thought would be a great help for me due to the fact I was looking to put my house on the market by the end of January and I was busy with improvements of my own and it was also helpful that a year warranty was offeredWell they were quick to help and handle the financing portion, however when it came time to do the roof they used a contractor *** *** ***, if you are approached by this contractor tell MadSky you will not work with them, I was promised my roof would be complete on 1/8/2018, I was even assured that the date was edged in stoneSo here goes; contractor could not get the material delivered on time, it was delivered on 1/11/18; I was promised the work would begin on 1/15/18, it did not begin until 1/18/18, the contactor showed up without a dumpster and proceeded to rip off my roof and made a massive mess in my yard and my neighbors as well (I am still picking up debris), upon the completion I was told I had a Great Roof!! With the best contractor who did the workWell the roof is leaking in an area that I specifically pointed out, it is now 2/12/and the leak is still thereOf course it is now being blamed on a poor design but its funny how it never leaked for years priorIn closing, my house being put on the market is being delayed and this could become costly, please do your homeworkIt is my understanding the MadSky is affiliated with many insurance companiesIf the program is offered and they are using Advising Construction Experts, please either walk away; request another contractor or just pay very close attention to the work being performed, maybe other customers will be more fortunate than myself

This company has been nothing but a cluster fk of people that have zero communicationOur roof had hail damage back in June and its still not done in mid SeptemberI told our insurance company that this program sounded great and to sign me up but what I got was nothing but to many chiefs in the process making it way more confusingMadSky referred the contracting company ProperKey to repair our roof, ProperKey had no communication with us as to when It would be done and then called a day before they wanted to replace the roofThe replaced our roof and then weeks later we finally got a hold of someone stating they would be out to inspect itWhen my husband went up on the roof he found a worse roof than what was there previouslyMy husband's foot went through the roof and no decking was replaced after it was initially discussedThe gutter were hanging on by nothing but a few loose screws and the trim work was nothing but a hack jobThey also left our satellite dish mounted to nothing and hanging on by a threadOnce my husband said he would not sign the certificate of satisfaction that is when it got worseMadSky started contacting me about collecting money and then contacting me about getting the roof doneNo communication obviouslyI explained our roof was done and we were not satisfied with it and herd nothing back except that ProperKey would come and fix itThat was two weeks ago and nothingI have tried on numerous occasions to get a manager from Madsky to call me back and have had zero successMy insurance company stated that MadSky had a duty to make this right and come and inspect our roofI have had one lady call with MadSky only to state she has been in contact with the contractor and that they were coming to fix my roof on the 30th of SeptemberJust one problem, that's a SundayLolTotally displeased and would never recommend Madsky or ProperKey to anyone

We are sincerely sorry you had to experience any delays or dissatisfaction in working with MadSky.  We've reviewed your case and agree, that there were quite a few delays. The original contractor did not follow through as he promised and we have suspended the company from the MadSky Managed...

We spoke with the insurance carrier, who in turn spoke with you and the decision was made as follows:   Note: Hello MadSky, I spoke to the insured, and he is okay with being refunded the funds for work that will not be completed, and he will find his own contractor to complete the remaining work.
