Mr ***----in regards to the complaint of mrs***, on her first complaint --i went and looked at the carpet and found a spot about a foot long and about inches from a wall, couldn't tell what it was--i did explain to her it looked like a flaw and showed her the back of the carpet
when we changed it, it again looked like a flaw (That's the only explanation I could give) in good faith I offered to pay for new carpet, not the installation --(didnt even send her a bill yet,) I certainly didn't have too!!! --just so you know, the carpet came from *** and wasn't the highest gradeSo, I even picked up the new carpet for her because they didn't have a truck or something ---never charged her for that--insalled it a her renters convience, Mrs *** was there the whole time, from start to finishShe seen the finished product--after we left, I have no idea what happened --as far as paying Mrs *** anything, she owes me---picking up carpet and Installing carpet the second time at a cost of $for installing and $for delivery of carpet--total of $, two last things---as far as not responding to calls and messages --my phone was in a fire and lost all calls,messages, contacts,ext.-- last thing -- if she persists, she will be in contact from my lawyer about the amount she owes me, thankyou *** ***

Cindy [redacted]Madson Construction's poor craftsmanship, lack of communication and continuous inaccurate statements have rendered this complaint not resolvable. My only satisfaction at this time is knowing I will never hire Madson Construction again.Any further communications or contact outside of the Revdex.com from Madson Construction will be handled through proper legal channels. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding services offered by the Revdex.com.The Revdex.com was able to establish a line of communication with Madson Construction.Again,as previously stated, all Madson Construction needed to do was to contact me and this may have been resolved privately.Thank you again Revdex.com, it has been a pleasure corresponding with you.Pending any further comments requiring  a response from Madson Construction this matter with the Revdex.com should be closed with no resolution .    God Bless

Cindy [redacted] of Madson Construction agreed to pay for the carpet and no charge for labor as previously stated by subtracting the cost of the carpet from the invoice dated July 7, 2017 and waved the due balance .The Invoice dated July 7, 2017 was for the cost of installing two rooms of carpet totaling $120.00 .The carpet was installed on July 6, 2017 and the invoice was dated July 7, 2017.Madson Construction is now claiming additional charges that were never discussed regarding labor of $120.00 for one room that required the carpet replacement due to    being damaged during installation on July 6th 2017 by Madson Construction and a delivery fee of $50.00 for the carpet being installed in this room. Picking up the second carpet was a courtesy extended from Madson Construction, since I didn't plan on needing additional carpeting due to damage from Madson Construction while installing. I thanked [redacted] for picking up the carpet and he responded that it wasn't a problem and it wasn't out of his way, since he was in that area anyway.  Why would anyone agree to pay for materials, labor and any other additional expenses to correct a contractor's damage?   Madson Construction only mentioned these additional charges to the Revdex.com after Madson Construction was contacted by the Revdex.com, since Madson Construction decided to have no communication with me, after leaving my property on July 13th 2017. If Madson Construction would have simply contacted me, this matter may have been resolved privately.  Madson Construction was notified via voicemail and text with no responses from Madson Construction shortly after leaving my property as previously stated and claims a phone malfunction prevented any communication within a short amount of time of Madson Construction leaving my property and thereafter.Madson Construction’s vehicle displays their company cellular phone number ###-###-####  and this cellular phone number is the only Madson Construction phone number provided for their business.     How long did Madson Construction conduct business without a working phone?  I was not there the whole time during installation of the second carpet and the installation was scheduled around the tenant’s schedule.  Why wouldn’t a contractor schedule appointments according to customer’s schedules, especially, since this was a correction from a complaint?  The only carpet damage to the [redacted] carpet was done during installation by Madson Construction in the same general area twice in only one of the two rooms Madson Construction was hired to install.Madson Construction was hired to install two rooms with [redacted] carpet from the same carpet roll. Madson Construction installed one room of the [redacted] carpet from the roll with no problems.Madson Construction installed the remainder [redacted] carpet in the second room from the same roll and was only damaged in one area when installing. The second [redacted] carpet was purchased from a different [redacted] store location with the same [redacted] sku number as the original carpet installed by Madson Construction. The second [redacted] carpet with the same [redacted] sku number was installed on July 13th 2017 in this same room by Madson Construction and was also damaged in the same general area while installing. At no time did Madson Construction mention their opinion of the quality of the [redacted] carpet they installed at my property.
