He had asked for a refund on a product after he could not figure it out even after back and forth emails from us trying to help him out. I ended up sending him a return envelope prepaid back to us. Since then he has email me and also stated that he has scratched the unit as well. He is also refusing to send the item back now until he hears from you. I have done everything to help this customer as well as offer his money back once Item has been sent back and I look it over. I have sent a copy of our terms and agreement that he checked before purchasing from us. Which states that customer is responsible for shipping the return product back to us. I have broken our policy for him and sent him a prepaid envelope out to him. Only after I sent out an envelope did he tell me that there is now a scratch on the item. Please call me when you can.
