I have been trying to get wood pellets from this company for just over months now, with no success Well over calls and even more emails and I am no closer to getting a delivery than I was in April when I started this quest Every call, every email results in the same run around regarding what must be a mythical person who is the only one who can be contacted to get a delivery scheduled *** has been trying to find him for nearly two weeks now, and no luck One must wonder how this man gets all his other deliveries if he cannot be located for almost weeks Surely someone must have noticed the pellets piling up and not being shipped, or perhaps they might have left a note near where he picks up his shipments, letting him know there are other shipments waiting

When I first used this brand it was the best pellets around now the size of the pellets are so small and burn so quickly lucky to get 13 hours of burn time out of a bag. Tried to call them but no reply. people will not put up with this very long. Word of mouth will put them out of business. The worst thing is I told all my friends to buy this product and now they are not happy with me. Like maeder brothers cares. Go back to cutting logs you can't make pellets. Leave making pellet to someone who knows what quality is.
