The product that was purchased was a...

hand carved stone pagoda. We carry two sizes ofpagoda. One is larger (3.5' tall) and sells for $198. The smaller (19" tall) comes in two differentstyles (6 sided and 4 sided) and both sell for $98.
The customer purchased one large pagoda on 12/2/15 to be picked up the next day, and thendecided to purchase a small (6 sided) pagoda as well. The two items were paid by credit card intwo separate transactions. They came back the following day and picked them up.
The customers had ample opportunity to check the price, both when they signed their creditcard receipt and when they came back to pick up the items the following day. The only thing Ican think of is that the customer must have misread the price tag. ($98 to $38). We haveoffered the customer to return the pagoda .
