Great Service - Offers a wide variety of services from remodeling, painting, and flooring installation. He and his crew have done work in several of my apartments, and they are always courteous to my tenants making sure that the project is not stressful for them. We are a 70 unit apartment complex for those that are 62 and older or 18 and over who have a mobility impairment. Maet Contractors have been doing business with us for the last 12 years and I can't say enough about his quality of work and diversity of services. Manny and his crew are reliable and they are fantastic with my tenants and staff. I know I can call Manny with any project and he will get it done.

Apartments is a facility for people 18 and over who are mobility impaired. We have 40 units which have individual a/c and heater systems, which one or the other is in need of repair or replacing. Maet Contractors have been doing business with *** Apartments for over ten years. Manny and his crew are very professional and reliable and they work great with our disabled tenants. I depend a lot on Manny to help guide me through major repair problems and to make sure that turn-around on units is done in a timely manner. There's nothing they can't do - flooring, painting, plumbing, heating, a/c repair, drywall repair, cabinets, countertops, etc. He knows our building inside and out. I would highly recommend his company for whatever repair(s) you might have. We have other senior properties in the Georgia area that Maet also does work for. Great job Manny!!
