I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The issues and concerns I have presented to Approved Oil were not addressed. Again, I reiterate that I had cancelled my automatic delivery of oil in time for Approved Oil to take actions based on my normal delivery date and the confirmation when I called in the cancellation.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

My conversation with Approved Oil’s customer service specifically advised me that the next scheduled delivery has not occurred yet when I called on April *, 2015. Your reply points out a billing system delay. It does not address your logistical system for delivery of oil to your customers. As a good measure, I would hope that this system would have accurate data, without any delay on which delivery is scheduled — this would be good business practices. At the time of my call, I asked to cease delivery and asked if the next delivery had been made. I was told that I had ample amount of time to cancel the next delivery. I was advised that it was not made and that it would be cancelled. It was scheduled for later in the week.I am unable to verify if delivery of oil was made in April. As a customer of Approved Oil, I had experienced on several occasions, the lack of communication among your staff members when I called. I reiterate again, based on the historical data on oil deliveries on my account, Approved Oil never delivered on the first of any month.I am also requesting that your employees and/or 3rd party collection agency to stop calling me at my place of employment and at home. Any correspondences should be made through the Revdex.com.
