Harassing voicemails and texts from owner. We prepaid for her services. She most recently threatened to take us to collections for not paying the added coast she calculated later. We had screen shots of her cashed checks. Throughout this entire process she was harassing us and being beyond rude. We had to move out of COS on short notice, otherwise I would have fired her and asked for a refund so I could hire other services. We are not a military family, however I fear for military families who hire her and have to deal with this behavior and financial threats. I do not believe this should be an accredited business. We are lucky that we know our rights. Many may not. How many people has she taken advantage of for monetary gain? While I know the Revdex.com doesn't have the power to fine a business I hope they do something to help end fraud in our community.

Hi. I have work for very importante people in town for so many years (the Owners of ***/ *** spa/*** Property Management/ The *** Family/ *** and the owner of *** and this is just a few. I do have everything in record and is not like she say the problem is that I have to proof to her how dirty her house it was and I don't blame her to fell embarrassed of the condition that she lived. THAT'S why she is doing this threatened and ruin my reputation because I showed her the pictures. just like she say I have everything in record. also one of the problems it was they didn't send the rest of the money to an other address and not to my business the check was giving to my crew by office that refer me and . my crew deposit to my business with out my knowledge. she did paid in full and I did try to explain to her but she didn't want to act with reason I'm still witting for and a apology and a thank you for getting her full refund for the deposit of the house. if you want proof let me know and I will be happy to show the pictures and the texts. if I was rude like she say I would have place the pictures in Social Media for ruin my reputation BUTIM NO GOING TO FALL AT HER LEVEL... Thank you for the opportunity..

She is lying again. We sent the check to where she told us to via text. She should have checked her books prior to threatening us with being sent to collections. We were not embarrassed of our living conditions. We are a busy family. We had hired a cleaner to clean and she treated us poorly from the start. I don't think it matters who her clients are, she has poor business practices and customer service. Maybe her "important" clients have more money therefore she treats them better. We have never been spoken to by a company we hired the way she spoke to my husband and I. The condition of house seriously has nothing to do with this. She treated us very bad and threatened to send us to collections for something we already paid. I have left several reviews because I want to warn others. I do not believe by doing so I am being a bad person, or a low person as she claims. I don't want others to deal with what we did.

I apologize for my late response. My week got away from me. Below are the things I would like to see happen.
Written apologize from owner.
Partial refund for her behavior and lies/ complete lack of professionalism . She should never had threatened us with legal action prior to checking her books. Also unlike her response states we 100% sent the 2nd check to the address she sent me in a text. I do not believe she treats us the way she treats her "important clients", as she stated in her response she very obviously thinks they deserve better treatment than everyday people.
I believe she should lose her Revdex.com accreditation. She does not deserve to have it just because she has rich clients. My husband and I have never been treated the way she treated us when we were paying for her services. She should not call her clients "flithy". She shouldn't tell us she is going to "pray for us" because we are rude. If you need anything else to point to how she treats people google her company and look at her responses. She is not worried about her bad business practices, only her rich clients.
