Review: I returned an item of clothing (cashmere cardigan) for a size exchange. U sing the tracking number I knew that my return item was received. After that in the course of two weeks I called three times each time I was assured that they would send the exchange item that very day with an email to me containing a tracking number& It never happened. The third and last person I spoke to was named [redacted], who told me she was sending an email to me as we speak and the item would be sent later in the day. I never received the email or the product.I have an email from them of my initial order, Invoice for two items I got from that company and tracking number for sending back one of the two items (part of a set).Desired Settlement: I want to get my exchange item in Size Medium as I requested ( it is one of a set of two) as soon as possible. I do not want credit with them, so I do not have to deal with them ever again.
