I ordered Bon Appetit Magazine and received the October 2019 issue and not a single issue after that. I cannot get them on the phone to get an answer to my problem. I will not deal with this company again. I really only want to receive what I have already paid for, but I cannot get any satisfaction by calling or emailing this company. Now I cannot post this review since the website keeps going in circles. What's up with this?
Review: I got a call from a magazine company called, magazine unlimited, saying I signed up for a magazine subscription when I know for a fact that I didn't. Mainly because I was at work from *-* on October [redacted] 2014, and that is supposedly the day that I signed up for the subscription. I was in the process of moving so I know I wouldn't sign up for something like this before moving. Not to mention I can recall all the magazine companies I am subscribed to, and this company is not one of them, and I never received any paperwork ever since I supposedly signed up. Also I had to sign up for a new credit card on the week of 11/**/14 because I had my credit card number stolen and used in [redacted] at a [redacted]'s hardware store. So I know that the person that used my card in [redacted] at the time is most likely the person that signed up for the subscription. Also, when I talked to them they had my old card number when I signed up for a new one shortly after that.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money I paid them, which is $54.88. I would also like to cancel the subscription and not be called about subscriptions again. Especially when the day I supposedly signed up I was working and if that's the day I signed up why couldn't I cancel the subscription if I have roughly 30days to cancel, never got billed until today 11-**-14when they called for my card number.
