to contact Mr*** for clarification but I was unsuccessful

I'm sorry I did not respond promptly, but the message went into my spam folder. The complaint has not been resolved at all. The Magazine Gold Card company opened up the website for two days to redeem and them closed it after that and resulted in a "ERROR" reply again. I kept waiting for them to fix the problem and they did follow through and now it looks like the codes for the offer has expired. I believe they did this on purpose because they did not want to pay out the $offer. I took a screenshot of the lastest website message when you try to redeem a code. If I have to I will file another complaint. My mother redeemed codes for $checks and Magazine Gold responded with a conformation email "Order ConfirmationThis Subscription Does Not Auto-Renew. No Need To Cancel To Avoid Unwanted Renewal Charges.Thank you for redeeming your magazine card for cashAll transactions subject to approvalA check will be sent within 4-weeksFor customer service please do not reply to this emailInstead, pleaseclick here to contact us." She only received one check and that was a month ago. How can this company continue to operate like this? Thank you. *** ***

The customer's complaint is that the codes he received through a [redacted] consumer promotion which are redeemable at [redacted] were not being accepted. This can be caused by codes being entered after an expiration date, a customer exceeding household redemption limits. MagazineGold sets a limit of 4 redemptions per household in any given month and 10 in any 12 month period across all consumer promotions. Or, it can be caused by the customer exceeding stated limits specific to the promotion through which he acquired his code. These limits in the case of the promotion in question is one per household. The customer in question had reached the disclosed limits for the promotion which caused the rejection of the code. After being contacted by the customer MagazineGold processed four code redemptions on December 4, 2017 despite the customer exceeding the limits for the particular promotion.
